This indemnity form covers the full duration of All Pandora Mooves as well as all activities, This indemnity form covers the full duration of all the Trips and events organized as well as all activities, excursions and all other
circumstances of a similar nature and attributable to the organisation Pandora Mooves Including but not limited to:

1) Boat trips to Hartbeespoort
2) Boat trips around Durban and any water Bourne facilities
3) Excursions to various Destinations with long and Short distances
4) Pool and swimming Trips
5) Nature reserves and site seeing,

The indemnity also covers any participation in local events, or Private Trips to anywhere in the world including visits to Cape Town, Durban, Mpumalanga Panorama Route and any other events or outings of a similar nature and attributable to the organisation of this Pandora Mooves specific event.
I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that:

1. I voluntarily agree to participate in the Trips and ctivities offered as part of the Pandora Mooves business

2. My general health is good and there is nothing (such as a heart condition) that renders me unfit to undertake the abovementioned
activities and Trips

3. I understand that some of the activities require a measure of physical fitness, including the ability to swim, walk distances, and walk up hills where required,

4. I understand and appreciate fully that there are risks and dangers involved and I will take all due care to ensure my own safety.

a. The risk of being transported:

i. I understand that some activities may require transportation by boat and that I may be subjected to the natural elements.

ii. I understand that some activities may require transportation by Sedan, Double Cab Bakkie, Family vehicle loadjng less than 10, Taxi, Mini Bus, or Bus.

b. Travelling on foot:

i. I understand that some activities may require me to travel by foot where dangerous animals could be a risk.

5. This disclaimer include any other activity that might be paid by client to other third party like Biv Swing, Zip line, Deep dive, Quard biking, Paint ball and other related or similar activity, hunting, swimming, Any games and etc

6. Participation of anyone under the age of 18 can only be done under the authority of a parent or legal guardian. The organisers reserve the right to refuse participation and/or cancel a booking should anyone fail to comply with this stipulation.

7. I am aware and agree that the organisers accept no responsibility for any death, loss, injury or damage that may be sustained during any specific activity on any trip be organized by Pandora Mooves or not

8. I hereby waive any right that I may have to claim compensation against the organisers in respect of any death, loss, injury or damage
incurred whilst engaged in any activity during the event howsoever arising and whether as a result of negligence or otherwise and I
indemnify the organisers against all such claims.

9. I agree and authorize that photos, statements, audio – visual recordings, video and sound bites taken, recorded and collected during activities of participants may be used free of charge and at the discretion of the organisers as part of their marketing, communication and fundraising campaigns.


I, the undersigned, hereby declare that I have read and understand fully and accept unconditionally the rules and contents of this disclaimer, and am aware that participation is at my own RISK.
